There are four modules in dialectical behavioral therapy which include: Mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance, and emotion regulation.
For adults seeking to supplement their current individual therapy by learning the skills taught in DBT, we offer you the opportunity to participate in our skills training classes. The duration of this program is 26 weeks. During the 26 weeks, participants will learn to cope more effectively with intense emotions, addictive behaviors, and relationship struggles.
Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy builds upon the principles of CBT by using techniques such as mindfulness mediation to teach people to consciously pay attention to their thoughts and feelings without placing judgments upon them.

We offer telehealth and face-to-face sessions to best fit the client’s needs.
We operate 5 days a week, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with telehealth services offered on an individual basis, including group on Thursdays from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm and individuals from 5:30 to 6:30 pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
